Hi, I’m Evie Lynch.
I am degree qualified naturopath, passionate about helping people feel their best for all that life has to throw at us.
In this busy and unpredictable world I can help you strive for achievable and sustainable progress, not perfection, to support your health journey and make lasting, positive changes.
Using tools such as herbal medicine, nutrition, energetic remedies, lifestyle medicine and mindset, we work on your goals to address the root cause and remove the barriers to optimal health blending both evidence based practices and traditional knowledge.
Based in Melbourne, I practice online and from a wonderful space in Selby, Victoria working with people all over Australia.
